"I know it's fucked up, but she's it." He raised a brow at me. "I knew from the minute I saw her."

"She's your boom." He nodded in understanding.

"Yeah."

Trevor Mayson is just like all of the other Mayson brothers, (well except for Asher, now, because he is with November) he is known for his man slut ways. He has a successful business with his brothers, and any woman he wants any time. That is until he meets Liz. After meeting in Until November, Trevor has been unable to get her out of his mind. And when they share one passionate moment that almost led to sex. He stays away from her because he thinks she is a virgin, therefore, too innocent for him to ruin. But then his inner caveman comes out. He doesn't want any man near her, so he decides to finally claim her as his.

I liked Trevor, especially when I met him in the first book. In his own book, he proves to be a crazy alpha just like his brother. Trevor was just so yummy when he was acting so loving, and possessive. But I won't lie, there were times where I felt he was tad bit overwhelming. Still, for the most part, he was uber sexy.

Liz Hayes is trying to forget and move from Trevor, after sharing an embarrasing night with him. But he doesn't seem to let her move on, since he scares off any potential men she meets. Soon, she finds herself in a relationship with Trevor without even seemingly accepting. Trevor causes her to lose her senses, she just can't resist him no matter how much. Liz later doesn't care, she wants to be with him, so she is going to try. She is finally going to be happy.

Liz was an awesome female character. She seemed meek, quiet, and reserved, but she was not like that at all. She had fire in her that made her strong, independent, and able to stand up for herself. I loved it! But like I said, Trevor could be a bit overwhelming, and during these moments I found Liz couldn't really stand up to him when I really wanted her to. And then there were moments when he was so darn sweet that I totally understood why Liz would melt completely.

"Are you mine, Liz? I need to hear you tell me that you're mine. Say it, Liz. Tell me that you're mine."

"I'm yours."

"That's right baby."

This book was high in steam, which I loved. It was very well done. The only thing that I didn't like about this book, was that it wasn't as engaging for me as Until November. And again, like in the first book, the author would write one scene and right away move on to the next without letting the reader know that time had passed or the location had changed.

What I loved were all the characters. I had missed Asher and loved seeing a few glimpses of him and his family throughout the book. There were many funny moments in the book. And near the end, it started to get a lot more interesting. I loved the way Trevor was trying to fix things with Liz after screwing up. Trevor was a sexy beast, even if he was over the top at times, still Loved him. There was a bit of angst, but nothing too crazy. Overall, it was a good sweet and HOT read. Now I can't wait for Cash's book!!

"Love you, baby."

"Love you more."

"Impossible."
